Blog Assignment Proposal: Real Estate Disclosure

In an attempt to put a face on the reasons for real estate disclosure requirements we will explore the common law foundation for various requirements. Historical case transcripts and analysis will be our primary sources to help show that real estate professionals should disclose because it’s the right thing to do, because the law requires them to, and because there are real financial implications for failure to disclose.
