Our group is going to provide you with information that will help with future investments. I need more specifics on your topic. Please identify what 'new techniques.'
Your topic is too general and your thesis in not developed enough if you will be describing 'how the financing aspect of real estate works.' Also, you need to do more research. Two website are not enough for this project. Research will help you develop and refine your topic.
